While we understand that it is extremely difficult to purchase a product without being able to try it, we had to introduce the following policy:

• Contact lenses cannot be exchanged or refunded once their packaging has been opened.
• The only reason for a replacement of any contact lens product is a manufacturing defect.
• In case of a proven manufacturing defect that was confirmed, the product will be replaced with the same identical product in identical power and color.
